Shipping & Delivery
All shipping is handled by Royal Mail. Stock and material shortages outside of our control may add a few days before shipping - see orders.
Delivery times for orders recieved by noon GMT:
Delivery to UK: 1st class - aim to deliver by next working day
Delivery to Europe: International Standard - in 3 to 5 working days
Delivery to the rest of the world: International Standard - in 5 to 7 working days
Privacy & Security
We do not store credit card details on our site as an extra layer of security for our customers and we only collect the minimum details required to process payment and delivery.
Your details will not be shared with any third parties unless legally required to do so.
Returns & Replacements
We are confident that our products should reach you in the condition we shipped them and we adhere to strict quality controls.
In the unlikely event that our products arrive in a damaged or faulty condition we will happily offer a replacement or a full refund. Please contact customer support if you have any problems.
All our products are made to order. We aim to ship same day but due to the nature of print on demand there may be times of high demand and stock/material shortages.
Flock shirts are usually pressed same day but allow up to 5 days before shipping.
DTG and all-over shirts may have a lead time of up to 10 days before shipping.
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards.
All payments are processed by Paypal and use their secure payment forms. You do not need a Paypal account to check-out but using one would speed up the process.
All orders can be viewed by logging into your account. Please check your account or order confirmation email for details.
We will send automatic confirmation emails for all stages of ordering, shiping, changes to account, newsletter etc.
Emails may be filtered as spam by gmail and other mail providers; please check your spam folders, if they are not there contact customer support and we will get back to you in a timely manner.
